We are a specialist provider of disabled learning programs to employees with learning difficulties improving their role within business
able learning exists to change peoples lives for the better. We believe that long term employment for all is the best route out of poverty.
We provide those who have learning difficulties with specialist training courses in order that they can gain industry accredited health and safety awards, food safety awards and human resources 
skills, to give them the necessary qualifications to improve their skills and knowledge within the UK workforce. With our close links to employers, we will help them find fulfilling careers by giving them the skills, confidence and knowledge which they need.
We operate nationally from our Head Office in North East Lincolnshire, working with our industry partners who include the Learning & Skills Councils, Prime Providers, CIEH (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health) and an assortment of colleges and businesses throughout the UK.
Disabled working programs
Our Employability Programs are targeted at those who have a disability, learning difference or health condition. The training courses are designed to help those individuals to effectively market themselves to employers and increase their employment opportunities. In this way we have helped many individuals to obtain sustainable employment and to fulfill their lifes goals.
The training program includes working with Professional Mentors and Life Coaches, who will help to develop the candidates skills through a comprehensive process, beginning from the job search, through to the application and preparation of a CV, and finally to success in the interview process. The program will take the client through the following stages of the employment process:

- Applying for jobs
- Help with developing CV's
- Practice for interviews
- Soft skills training
- Vocational training
- Work placements
- Confidence building
- Disclosing a disability
